What kind of fabric, printing and sizes are used at PS?

We use the high quality 100% combed cotton, at times with bio-wash and a mix of other fabric compounds for selected items. The fabric goes through a variety of treatments and we guarantee colour fastness and shrinkage within acceptable international norms. We use high quality screen printing or high grade digital transfer printing depending on the design. All printing techniques used are environmental friendly.

Will I get a confirmation number?

Yes, you will get an Order Confirmation Number (OCN) as you book you order. Kindly note it for future references.

How to track my order?

What locations does PS ship to?

PS currently ships all over India. International shipping is currently unavailable.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and you will be communicated during the process of ordering. Depending upon your location in India, post ordering it generally it takes 7-8 working days delivering in major cities and towns, remote locations take a bit more time.

What are the exchange and return policies?

As the collections are limited, you can return the products within 30 days of receiving the order. Kindly fill in the return/exchange form and send it along with the product in as good condition to the address here.

What if my items do not fit?

Generally the sizes which PS gets stitched fit almost all. Just in case you are the rare one or have ordered a wrong size tee, you can exchange it within 30 days after you receive your order. Kindly fill in the return/exchange form and send it along with the product in as good condition to the address here.

How can I add an item to my order?

You can continue shopping after you have added an item(s) to your cart. You can also save your cart or items to your wish-list and can shop any other time you login. Whereas if you have finalized your order and made the payment for certain item, you can’t add an item to that order but have to do it as a different order. But don’t worry; the process is easy, total cost to you and the time to deliver the order would eventually be the same.

Can I change my address?

You can’t change your billing or shipping address after you have placed the order.

If you are an aspiring or an experienced model and wish to be the face of PS send through your CV and sample pictures (without much editing) and we shall see if we have space for you.

If you are a wannabe, hands-on or just a for-fun designer who believe your ideas match those of PS and you can add value to the studio, send through your CV and samples of your work/designs and we will look into it.
