You can send back the products for exchange/return within 15 days of receiving the order.
- Please ensure the products are sent in as good condition along with the original invoice enclosed.
- If you choose a different shipping service provider the costs will not be borne by PS.
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method, i.e. credited to your account/card.
- COD and Gift transactions are not refundable; however the products can be exchanged subject to the exchange policies.
- Turnaround time required for processing the exchange/return would be around 1 weeks from receiving the order.
- You shall get a new order number that can be used for tracking the exchange/return.
